I believe that the Fake Greg Swann is the Real Greg Swann and the Real Greg Swann is really the Fake Greg Swann. I also believe that it is all a conspiracy to make us go out and adopt baby bloodhound puppies.

My money is still on you. I think you’re practicing some prestidigitation with the comments (which is fine). I’m finished guessing so that the FGS can continue his mission.
On another note, advertise on Active Rain. Any new mortgage blogger should buy Loan Bark, transfer his old AR posts, and take advantage of the PR4 (the age of the links my hurt him in the next sweep, though, correct?)
